Options Greyed Out

If FXSound is supposed to be free and unhindered, why are the following options greyed out (I just installed the new version per the email received today):

  • Overwrite Existing Preset
  • Rename Preset
  • Delete Preset
  • Export Presets
  • Import Presets

Please help!

Weird… can you try opening the settings in the FxSound app and going to the Help section and checking which version number you have? You’ll want to make sure you’re on version 1.1.13.0 or later.

I reinstalled the app and import/export is enabled now.
