switching to different EQ bands counts makes the original EQ(created in 31 bands, shown by undo button at 1:21 which is the EQ i created orginally ) somehow not the same as it was when is was created

No worries. I understand the problem.
When the number bands in the equalizer changes and in the new equalizer the same frequencies are not present, the gain values will get interpolated. This is the reason for the difference in the equalizer graph from the original values.
I have noted this problem and will provide a fix.
