Volume randomly phasing in and out

Hi all, So I am having to same issue of the volume randomly lowering while listening to music. It’s not a huge drop but noticeable. It will slowly crawl back up. I found the fix in this thread:
FxSound lowering bg apps volume

Though shutting of the shut the sound off completely.

My drivers are all up to date and Windows 11 is up to date. I have the most current version of FxSound. This does not happen when I turn off FxSound by the way.

Anybody have any ideas what I can try next?
