FxSound won't play on boot of Windows 11 PC

Windows 11 desktop XPS, all updates done weekly.
After booting, Fx Audio won’t play anything.

A. I right click the speaker in the tray (far right) and open Sound Settings. And see this:

Output
Choose where to play sound - FxSound Speakers
Fx Sound speakers is clicked /default device
Dell U2415 is not checked /default Communication device
LF32TU87 is not checked /NVIDIA High Def Audio Enabled

B. If I click on the Dell Output dot (above) it works again, but the Dell monitor is not green but for a second, then the dot jumps to the FxSound. It remains working until next boot.

What do I do to get it work without intervention?

Sorry about this! What playback device do you have selected in FxSound when it’s not playing audio?

System > Sound
Output

(speaker icon) Choose where to play sound……………………FxSound Speakers

X FxSound Speakers (blue dot has white smaller dot in it)
FxSound Audio Enhancer
Default device

O Dell U2415 (empty dot left of name)

Typical sounds are YouTube videos and system sounds

When FxSound application is running, FxSound Speakers become the system default device. You need to select the device in which you want to hear audio from FxSound application window. Which device have you selected in FxSound?

Hello,

I was able to remedy the issue by removing the third Output Device in this list. Working fine for a few days now. Thanks for reaching out and following up.
