I’m making a monthly donation, but FXSOUND is saying that I am not. The money is leaving my bank and going to you!!! My bank says ask YOU to stop taking my money! I will donate periodically but this is out of control! PLEASE HELP!

Thank you, but how long before this is taken care of, I have already made multiple $25 donations thru the celz account, which is the one I am using. My bank says FXSound has to turn it off. I really need a more trustworthy bank! It was great until bad one bought out the old I’d used for years. This should go to my celz account. I only created this one to use until Dell replaced 4 defective PCS. I only have one pc so I can’t pay for two accounts.

Thank you! But the problem is I am being double changed for “donations” because Dell sent me 4 bad pcs that had to be replaced. I am now stuck with this one. I am CELZ and Ell. Celz was my first account then due to temp pc problem I had to create the Ell account . My first account, Celz is the one I am using but donations come from Ell monthly, so how so do I let you know to stop asking for more money every single day?
Please help resolve this. Thank you!
