Donated, downloaded, installed and there is no change in volume or anything else. I am not happy with this to say the least.
Searching the website, I find no place to click for a refund. I will wait a few days and try to make it work but if I can’t or don’t get a refund my review will not be pretty.

All donations are completely voluntary; the fact that you donated money before even trying the program, is not FxSound’s fault; it is free software, after all.

I donated because when I clicked the download button it opened the donate page instead of a download link. It didn’t work and I uninstalled it.

Don’t worry about a refund, use it to figure out how your organization e-mailed me three times then asked me for my e-mail address in an e-mail…not a good look. BTW, doolhoofd really shows a lack of professionalism when making snarky comments on a customers signature. I’m pretty sure that isn’t in the job description.
