First thing to try would be rebooting, and seeing if the issue persists afterwards.
Let me know.
Second thing:
Check if there are multiple instances of the FxSound Audio Enhancer driver in the Sound, video and game controllers section of Windows Device Manager, and if so, remove the old one.
