First things I’d recommend:

1. Restart your computer;

2. Right-click one of the icons and select Exit, then restart your computer;

3. Check in your Device Manager, under the “Sound, video and game controllers” category, if there are two instances of FxSound Audio Enhancer present,

You have several options if this is the case.
You can try manually uninstalling the excess driver;
Or, you can right-click either one of them to open the Properties menu, then go to the Driver tab, and select, Update Driver:
