i hd purchased fx sound enhancer few years before now few days before my window has crashed nd I got new window for my laptop but fx sound is giving me trouble every time I restart my laptop it is disabled nd when I click to start it says just disable all ur firewall

If you wish to keep the old version, you could try unblocking FxSound Enhancer in your Firewall; the instructions on that can be found here:
Or, alternatively, you could uninstall the old software and download and install the new version, available for free at fxsound.com .
