Uzbekistan is not listed in the credit/debit donation list. Is there a way to fix this?

Sorry unfortunately we can’t control which donation options Paypal offers. We may look into another service with more country availability in the future. You may be able to create an account with Paypal first to send money to. Then you can send money to us through the Paypal account. Not sure. Either way it sounds like a lot of work that I wouldn’t expect you to do!
We also have a crypto donation option: Coinbase Commerce
