That’s great!

Thanks @oss96
Which is the output device selected in FxSound, is it DT990 Pro or DT770 Pro?

@bvijay
I use both :slight_smile:
May I ask why it’s relevant, since all my devices exhibit this behaviour?

@oss96 the only difference I see is the sampling rate between DT770 Pro and DT990 Pro. Though both sampling rates are within the range supported by FxSound sound, if the issue is seen on a particular sampling rate it will help us debug the issue.

@bvijay thank you.
It seems like the sample rate isn’t the problem.
Do you have any other leads, what it might be? Can I provide you with any other information?

Thanks @oss96
When you said all devices exhibiting this behaviour, are you referring to the Nvidia and Realtek output devices on your PC. Do you get mono audio output through HDMI and headphone connected to AUX?
I will also check for scenarios in the code where the output can fallback to mono.

@bvijay exactly.
It doesn’t matter which connector, or headphone I use, as soon as I activate FxSounds enhancements, everything becomes mono.

I have fixed my problem by disabling improve audio setting in Realtek. https://thegeekpage.com/stereo-sound-is-not-working-in-windows-10/

Thanks for the advice!
Glad you found a fix for this, and definitely worth tagging OP @oss96 for.
