Hello i have a problem with fx sound, it was happen when i playing games the preset is changing randomly by itself and it happen almost everytime i playing games. i already tried to reinstall the app but the problem keep coming back. anyone can help ? btw sorry if my english is bad and thanks in advance

Hi,
Which version of FxSound are you running?
The latest update is currently v1.1.22.0 available as always from fxsound.com, and your version number is shown in the Help tab of the Settings menu (located at the top right of the user interface).
My guess is that the first thing to check in this case, would probably be the customizable shortcuts for next and previous Presets, located inside the General tab of the Settings menu.
So please adjust those if necessary, and post back to let me know if this fixed the problem or not.

thanks for answering. you’re right, turn out the problem was in the keyboard shortcut and now i already disable it. now i can play without getting annoyed
