I had previously saved several preset files from the program. However, when I tried to import them again, I noticed that all of them reverted to the same values as the “General” preset. None of the original settings I had saved were restored, and every preset ended up with identical parameters matching the default General configuration.
Can you please share the preset files for our analysis?

Do you see General preset getting applied after restarting the application?
Um in the video you showed. the presets were imported just fine to me, the values however are the same between your two personal presets, but I don’t see it being the same as “General” so i think youre fine chief
