Every time I start my system, I get a notification from FxSound that says:
“FxSound in system tray. Click FxSound icon to reopen.”
I’d like to disable this specific notification but keep FxSound running in the background. I’ve checked the app settings but haven’t found an option to turn it off.
Is there a way to prevent this notification from appearing on startup? Any help would be appreciated!

I would still like to receive some notifications (like when my audio switches) which is useful… but I don’t need to be constantly reminded that the app is in my systray.
I think what you suggest switches off ALL notifications, don’t it?
Yeah that’s what I did because to me audio switching notifications if any are not that essential. If you think otherwise, then you’d have to make you choice: is the boot up notification more disturbing or the audio switching notification more important.
Or we may hope for details in-app notifications control, if developers think that is essential for an EQ app. I think easiest way is to remove the boot up notification since we already have the systray icon which is clearly showing its status.
All that needs to be added is a checkbox with “Don’t show again”.
No comment as I’m not a coder.
@bvijay maybe we can just have this minimized to the system tray notification on first minimization after install.
