Can't save new preset

I am aware of the fact that these are stupid and silly things to ask, but, nevertheless:

1. Could you please share a screenshot? And also,
2. Just double-checking to be sure, but you are trying to delete a bonus or custom preset and not a standard pre-loaded preset, right?

There’s a limit to the number of Presets you can save.
How many presets do you have in your drop-down menu?
There are 12 standard presets in the top menu; how many do you have in the bottom menu (below the line, starting below “Streaming Video”)?
If the number is 10, then the problem is clear.
One user fixed the problem by deleting some stored presets; another user fixed the problem by, and I quote, using fewer words to name the preset…
Other than that, I don’t really know a fix for the problem.
