August 2024 - there is an iss5ue with FxSound and the skygo app on windows desktop, with FxSound enabled, skygo app produces no audio (and its not muted), with FxSound enabled it speeds/fast forwards the programmes on skygo , skygo when audio is passed through FxSound with no audio heard it also does not appear anywhere in sound settings.
But with FxSound disabled all the skygo app works bugs free
But with it enabled all the bugs mentioned above are in evidence.
even enabling it after skygo has launched attempting to pass the audio via FxSound is met with silence.
It appears Sky does not want to play nice with FxSound.
this has occurred since the last update from sky, current app version 24.1.3-2 - 24.1.3-2 this the Production version not the Beta

Have you read through the main troubleshooting list at the top yet?
i have read troubleshooting and there is nothing there to resolve the issue where sound is not passed through FxSound to my speakers, Skygo app is the exception here every other app like prime for windows, apple+ paramount, netflix and plex to name a few have no issues with FxSound, and previously neither did skygo - switching the app back to the speakers, sound resumes, switching it back to FxSound audio isnt heard.
its not the be all and end all to kill Sky, it just means standard audio with ‘0’ frills

Which version of FxSound do you currently have installed?
And if the cause is an update to Sky, then couldn’t the remedy simply be a rollback?
