It’s up to you if you want to do so. But, as I said, I wouldn’t recommend it; it doesn’t seem like a very smart solution.
I ran a quick search; most ReDragon headsets come included with a 3,5mm jack cable and connection option. The H510 Zeus also have their own software suite, called ReDragon Audio Center. And the ReDragon website also has a contact form for questions about their products, as well as support via Discord.
Contacting ReDragon’s support seems like the appropriate thing to do at this point.
Especially considering the fact that your problem is not related to FxSound (which has been uninstalled), but to that specific headset.
Removing the ReDragon device from Device Manager manually, restarting your computer, and then re-adding it again afterwards, would probably solve the problem as well, if you can locate the correct device in Device Manager’s “Sound, video and game controllers” section (by which I mean, don’t just go removing devices randomly, since this would only cause more problems).
If the device is now listed with a generic name “USB AUDIO DEVICE” then it could be missing the manufacturer supplied device driver. Did you try installing the specific device driver of the USB headset make and model. It should be available in the manufacturer’s website. Not installing the device driver of the hardware can also be the reason for the noise.
yeah i tried this alredy, in fact this my second time doing it, it changes nothing, i will try to contact the support of my headset too see if they know something about it, thanks for all the help anyway!
soo, i did in fact did a Factory reset in my pc, but in the start was still doing the noise, after some time, i decided to again unistaling the Headset in the device Manager, and now is working! i have no clue why, or how… the driver of the headset is not recognizing it. But it’s working! still… no clue how, i hope it’s stay like this. again, thanks for all the help!
