So this started around April where I updated FxSound and my main device no longer transmits audio through FxSound, however it works with my speakers and every other device. I have tried every troubleshooting step, and nothing has worked out. I am quite confused and don’t know what to do as no one else seems to having this problem.
(If I switch from my speakers, which works, to my main device, there’s about a second of audio before it cuts out to nothing)
You mean from the standard troubleshooting list bannered and pinned to the top of the forum, right?
Even if we wanted to, there is no information whatsoever to diagnose your problem with: no mention of your Windows version, no mention of your FxSound version, no information about the nature of your “main device,” or any devices or settings at all…

We have recently added a troubleshooting tool which is available at fxdiag
Please download and run it from command line to see if see if the device volume, system volume or application volume is set to low or muted. If the volume is low, you can change it from system sound settings.
I’ve checked all the sounds, and FxSound is turned up and not muted. It seems as my headset is the only device which for some reason, doesn’t work. (It worked before, around the start of April, and one morning it just completely stopped working)
