Suddenly, I no longer have the graphic equalizer visible when I use FxSound, nor does the sound levels or quality change when I switch to Classic Rock, Country, Trap, Bass Boost, and all the other different levels. It all sounds the same.

Which version of FxSound are you using? Is it possible to send the screenshot of FxSound with the graphic equalizer hidden.

Thanks for your prompt response. I have version 1.1.14.0 installed on my computer. Interestingly though, part of the problem seems to be resolved this morning. The graphic representation of the EQ has returned, but switching from one preset to the next seems to provide only minimal changes in tone, depth, level, and so on. (At least not nearly as much as it did when I switched from one preset to another in DFX.)
