Which devices do you see:

• in Windows Sound Settings; and

• under Sound, video and game controllers in Device Manager?

Did you check Windows Sound for hidden, silent or disabled devices?

Did you check the Volume Mixer?

Hi Andrey, For similar issues on volume dropping, we had given a suggestion to check the volume set in volume mixer and in some cases it worked because the volume was set to low in the system settings or for a specific application in the volume mixer. Can you go to the advance options in System → Sound and check if the volume is set correctly for the device and volume mixer for system sound and the apps. [image] [image] [image]
