Did you restart computer after removing output device?

Hi,
How exactly did you end up deleting the FxSound Speakers device?
Did you simply disable and hide it?
Did you reinstall after uninstalling from Control Panel, or removing the FxSound Audio Enhancer driver manually from Device Manager?
And have you tried those basic steps yet (see the troubleshooting list at the top)?

yes and nothing changed even tried reinstalling it a few more times and it didnt show back up
