Hello,

I was watching a video. I had been using it for 6-7 months without any issues, but suddenly the sound disappeared.

Those who use the app know that it takes the form of a speaker and appears as an audio device. When I automatically close the app, the sound comes back, but when I open it, it goes away again.
I opened CS2 in the middle, and this time I noticed that I’m playing at 1 FPS. It’s as if I’m watching a video at 1 Hz while playing the game.

If anyone has a solution, I would greatly appreciate your help as soon as possible. Thank you.

Which version of FxSound are you using? If it is an older version, can you try installing the latest version.

I downloaded the latest version, then tried the version from the Microsoft Store. It keeps causing FPS issues while gaming; it’s not like it used to be.
