Cannot switch presets

I have been using (as a premium paid) dfx for many, many years.

The new fx version worked well on my five0year old Surface Pro Windows 10.

Just loaded it onto my new Windows 11 notebook, and when I try to swui=itch from the “General” preset to “voice” or “music” it tells me (in a pop-up) I have to upgrade to premium in order to do so, and – of course – there IS NO UPGRADE. When I try to download (to re-install) I get the same 404 error that people have been complaining about for days.
This has all the signs of an organization that is about to disappear off the face of the earth… I hope not.

That’s a bit of an exaggeration, no?
It’s been fifteen hours since that error started appearing…
I know it sucks, but that doesn’t mean you have to start lying.

I encountered the problem two days before I wrote this.

I definitely agree this needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
@james , @bvijay : Downloads of the new version are offline, 404 errors… Please fix!
