I see that this issue has been reported frequently in the past. I’ve gone through every single suggestion that’s been made but nothing works. In fact, the only solution I’ve found so far is to uninstall and then re-install completely. This is less than satisfactory. It’s a damn shame because he does the job exceedingly well.
