i mean no audio enahancements applied but still haveing fxsound supply 32bit audio

I noticed that when I use FX Sound, the device “Speakers FX Sound enhancer” has the settings go up to 24bit 48k khz, and my “Speakers” can go up to 24bit 192k khz. What am I actually getting? And if it is 48k, will it ever go up to 192k?
