Perhaps I am misunderstanding something here, but FxSound is not capable of rendering 32 bit audio.
You can verify this by checking the Advanced tab of the virtual FxSound Speakers device’s Properties in Windows Sound.
It’s also a good idea to match up all of your devices at the same frequency setting.
