After repaired my windows profile, this message shows every sign-in windows.
And unable to use FxSound Enhancer. Even I launch this program, this message shows and close when I press [OK]
How can I solve this problem ?

May I ask which version you are running?
Support for all the legacy versions of FxSound has ended, and all license keys have become invalid.
So I would highly recommend visiting either fxsound.com or the Microsoft Store and downloading the new, improved, and forever free version, which should not require any registration at all.
