After the recent update, a pop up screen saying “Your software is up to date” pops up randomly. This didn’t happen with previous versions.

Same issue, Version 1.2.3.0.
It always pops up after I boot up.

YES. See this here too. The popup should occur when manually clicking the auto-update button inside Settings… but should not occur when the computer boots up and autoruns from Startup folder or registry Run folders. Please make this popup go away on bootup!
I have the same issue with the popup. Update was installed when it first came out days ago. Each time I restart computer it pops back up again.

Update check shows prompt instead of doing a silent check. I have fixed it in v1.2.4.0 and it will check silently and prompt only if the update is available.
v1.2.4.0 is in beta now, I will make it as the latest release soon.
