Presets not appearing when wanting to import them

Hi, i just downloaded some aditional presets from the web and when i click on import I go to where they are and there’s nothing, but when i look outside fxsounds the presets are in the folder, does someone know who to fix it?

Provide details about the source of the presets (links, etc.).
Show screenshots or screen recordings of what you see.

Are they in the Downloads folder?
By the way, this seems more like a problem with your computer than with FxSound.
