It’s saying that there is an issue with my playback device settings, uninstalling and reinstalling does not work.

Currently afflicted FxSound Versions: All: Current Version, old versions, beta, and Fx Sound Enhancer included

Uninstalling and then restarting computer, then reinstalling also doesn’t work.

Please help!

Please check if FxSound Audio Enhancer is listed in Device Manager under Sound, video and game controllers

If it is disabled you can try enabling it or try reinstalling.
