this is the error that pops up, i’ve tried reading and following the forums for potential fixes but none of them seem to work or i havent found the exact fix yet. as i’ve said, i tried reinstalling, messing with the driver manager, and sound management settings, yet nothing fixed it. I dont know if the updates i did to my pc bricked it or something or its a problem with compatibility. need help, latest normal and beta versions dont work for me aswell. I also get the same error with the legacy version.
this is what im seeing, i’ve already uninstalled the app a few days ago, but today i ran the setup again (latest version) after seeing your comment. im still getting the exact same error, the device manager picture is after running the setup
FxSound stopped working after your BIOS and Windows updates likely because the FxSound Audio Enhancer device got disabled or drivers became incompatible. First, check in Device Manager that the FxSound device is enabled. If it’s missing or shows errors, reinstall the latest FxSound version and make sure Windows audio drivers are up to date. Some BIOS or major Windows updates require reinstalling FxSound to restore compatibility.
