Fx \Audio not working; all troubleshoot fails, system says 'no audio device found'

Please clarify how many audio out devices you use, to include BT.

FxSound Not Detecting Headset

FxSound gets the audio devices detected by OS. We need to troubleshoot that if for any reason your headset is not getting listed even though OS enumerates the device.
