Hi there. First time experiencing this. Could anyone please give some insight into a resolution? Thanks! (Yes, ran it as admin, turned off fwall/av, etc.)
UPDATE: FIXED problem by opening an admin cmd window in the folder where the installer was and running FxSound_Setup.exe /extract – gave me the cab file, dropped it into %APPDATA%\ (leads to Roaming folder) … FxSound 1.1.15.6\install & voila!
Will also note for the devs: The file that is there with the same file size as the cab file is “holder0.aiph” … maybe changing the name & extension would also fix this? shrugs
