I can not uncheck the “disable keyboard shortcuts”, although it is checked the shortcuts are not disabled. I am using a Qwerty Turkish keyboard setup and ctrl+Q is the @ sign which I can not write without changing the language.

Yes, weird things can indeed happen with non-English keyboards, the team is fully aware of this and working on a solution.
