I have a lot of questions…
Are your earbuds connected via Bluetooth, and have you checked if the same problem occurs with other devices?
Which versions of FxSound and Windows are you currently running, and what are the model specifications of your earbuds and your Corsair devices?
What product’s new update are you referring to: an update to FxSound, to Corsair, to Windows, or to your earbuds?
Because the last update to FxSound was v1.1.22.0, released the beginning of last March [edited, sorry].
And have you read the first-line troubleshooting list at the top of the forum yet?

(I should probably add that when applying the last tip, restoring FxSound to its defaults will not impact your Presets or settings.)
