I followed the steps, but it didn’t work.
I looked at the log file you sent. The removal step may not have completely removed the old driver. Can you try using tools like lostindark/DriverStoreExplorer: Driver Store Explorer to completely the remove the driver and then reinstall the win10 driver?

I am trying to understand how Windows 7 driver could have been installed on Windows 10. So, I have not made any fixes for this issue.
If you have any additional information that you can share about your setup, it will be helpful to understand and fix this issue.
