When I use the FxSound app my music sounds very muted. It only clears up if I switch to the Voice setting. I’ve downloaded the presets, but none seem to help. Even listening to a particular genre, like jazz, and then using the “Jazz” preset the voices are distant and very muffled. I ran the FxSound.exe troubleshooting file, but the results make no sense to me. I also have the text file created, but not sure how to attach it for the forum.
fxdiag.exe is only for troubleshooting the device connection issues and application volume issues.
Are you experiencing the issues on all audio devices or in any particular device?
