Hello Pratham,
Welcome to the forum, and apologies for the trouble.
These suggestions were given in earlier threads on the same topic:

> [@Having issues with FxSound](https://forum.fxsound.com/t/having-issues-with-fxsound/765/11):
>
> There are two possible reasons that I can think of for this issue.
> FxSound process not getting enough cycles to process the audio samples on time. For this you can try increasing the priority of FxSound process in Task Manager.
> Any other audio processing application also is running which is causing the latency in the audio samples to reach FxSound. If there are any other such applications running, you can exit them and try.

Also, this is my basic “first-aid kit” of settings to check if you are set up correctly:

- In the Help section of FxSound’s Settings menu, check to make sure you have the latest version installed (v1.1.17.0) available from [fxsound.com](http://fxsound.com/) or the [Microsoft Store](https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/fxsound/XP8JK4TBQ03LZ4);
- Make sure your computer has received the latest updates;
- Try running FxSound as Administrator;
- In Windows Sound Settings, make sure all your devices match at the same setting, with “24 bit 48000 Hz” being the maximum;
- In Windows Sound Settings, make sure the FxSound device is set as the Default Device;
- If this doesn’t improve anything, try setting FxSound as the Default Communications Device;
- In Windows Sound Settings, disable Exclusive Mode for all devices, Playback ànd Recording;
- In Windows Sound Settings, disable all Enhancements including Loudness Equalization for all devices (except for FxSound which doesn’t have this tab);
- In Windows Sound Settings, disable Hardware Acceleration;
- In Windows Sound Settings, disable all devices you don’t use, including the hidden ones;
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the program;
- Try downloading the program from a different source and installing that version instead;
- If all else fails, try uninstalling with [specialized full uninstaller software](https://www.techradar.com/best/best-free-software-uninstallers).

And another general piece of advice by @vincent I always add:

> [@FxSound lowering bg apps volume](https://forum.fxsound.com/t/fxsound-lowering-bg-apps-volume/799/24):
>
> I would also recommend downloading specific software for your headset if there’s any applications on the company website. For example. I just recently got a new phillips headset and downloaded the software for it and with some tweaking I haven’t had my issue come back since then. good luck

Run as Administator improved it so much via bluetooth! Not perfect sync but close to.
