I just upgraded my FX Sound as it asked me to and all the preset I use every single day, “Transcription” is now FLAT. What happened??? ---

So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now it’s fine. Very strange that that happened, though. Is there a way to save your own configuration so that, if it happens again, you just reload the settings you saved? ---

You can save copy your saved preset files to another folder just in case they’re ever lost. ---

Hi @myminpins The presets bundled with the app will be available in` C:\Program Files\FxSound LLC\FxSound\Factsoft` Downloaded and saved presets will be present in `%APPDATA%\FxSound\Presets` If you see this issue again, please check if the files are available in these locations. If the files are present, exit and relaunch the app.
