# \[v1.31.0\] Completely Unable To Change Any Equalizer Settings

After having updated to the latest version of this software, I am now completely unable to do anything to the equalizer or change any of the presets. They are all grayed out and do nothing when I click them.  
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing has changed.

I am on Windows 10, version 22H2.

Just wondering, did you click the ON/OFF button which is besides ‘Donate’? 😅
