Today, the program prompted me to update, which I accepted. However, I received the error shown in the screenshot below. @MarceloSeiji Try uninstalling FxSound completely, Use something like “Geek Uninstaller” [https://geekuninstaller.com/](https://geekuninstaller.com/) and reset your PC, then proceed to make a clean installation of the Latest version of FxSound. ---

Hi @MarceloSeiji I updated from 1.1.27.0 to 1.1.28.0 and could not replicate the Unhandled exception error. Can you please share the log file - %APPDATA%\FxSound\fxsound.log. It will help me debug this error. ---

I’m facing the same issue and tried uninstalling it with Geek, but it didn’t work. FXSound only opens briefly before the same error message appears again, even after uninstalling. Does anyone have tips on how I could fix this? ---

Hi @MarceloSeiji Thank you for sharing the logs. Can please share the %APPDATA%\FxSound\FxSound.settings file also? It will help us replicate the issue by running the application with the same settings. ---

I found that in the device manager i had 3 instances of fxsound drivers under sound. I just uninstalled all of them and the usual uninstall from “Add or remove programs” then i reinstalled FX and now i dont get the error.
