# Unhandled exception notification

FxSound is not working in Windows 11 and gives “exception code: 0xC0000005”. Can you help please?

Have you installed the latest version 1.1.31.0 from [Download FxSound - Boost Your Sound On Windows](https://www.fxsound.com/download)?  
Can you try rebooting and running FxSound.

I solved the problem. In the sound settings, it gives an error because the brave browser is not selected. Thank you
