Hey and good evening, so by the new update I had some problems with the app. I have the Corsair iCue and my earbuds are connected the the tower of Corsair iCue. Today after the update i was hearing the sound very very low, it was like the volume was at 1% , I tried to unistall the app and checked my earbuds and without the app were working as they should work. After I redownloaded the app i had the same issue with the earbuds. Please I would really appriciate if you help me on that to fix the problem.

Hi, good afternoon, welcome to the forum.
Apologies for my late reply, I was asleep.
I have a lot of questions…
Are your earbuds connected via Bluetooth, and have you checked if the same problem occurs with other devices?
Which versions of FxSound and Windows are you currently running, and what are the model specifications of your earbuds and your Corsair devices?
What product’s new update are you referring to: an update to FxSound, to Corsair, to Windows, or to your earbuds?
Because the last update to FxSound was v1.1.22.0, released the beginning of last March [edited, sorry].
And have you read the first-line troubleshooting list at the top of the forum yet?
I’ve made a compilation of the most relevant tips below.
(I should probably add that when applying the last tip, restoring FxSound to its defaults will not impact your Presets or settings.)

The Bonus Presets can be downloaded [here](https://www.fxsound.com/presets); there’s a pack of 59 extra Presets (with the 12 Bonus Presets included) [shared here](https://forum.fxsound.com/t/i-cant-download-the-preset/1697/), and all previous versions of the purple FxSound are [free to download on VideoHelp](https://www.videohelp.com/software/FxSound-/old-versions), while the [Changelog](https://www.fxsound.com/changelog) page of the official website offers an overvi…

In all versions of Windows, you can restore any audio device to its default values by going into the Sound Settings, opening the device’s Properties menu, and clicking on “Restore Defaults” in the Advanced tab. Windows 10 & 11 also have an option to restore all devices to default values at once, located inside the Volume Mixer. The reset process is described in [this tutorial on howtogeek.com](https://www.howtogeek.com/880457/how-to-reset-all-audio-settings-in-windows-11/) - thanks to @Hansk for sharing this tip.
