Hi, I’ve been using FX Sound for about a year and for the most part have absolutely loved it. Definitely the best sound enhancement available for a computer. But recently I’m not sure if it has something to do with all the update prompts (I get them almost daily now) I cannot move the sliders at all suddenly now (clarity, ambience, surround sound, bass boost, and most important - dynamic boost. I tried to resolve the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn’t accomplish anything. At a loss here. I didn’t see anything in the published troubleshooting guide on this, unless I missed it.

Thanks

Thanks for your appreciation to FxSound. Glad to hear that you like it.

The only scenario where sliders can be disabled is when FxSound processing is turned off. Are you able to move the Equalizer sliders? Can you please let us know of the scenario which led to this issue.
