These registry entries do not affect the FxSound installation. Can you please share the screenshot of the installation error. ---

As I haven’t had any recent responses, can I take it that there is no solution to my problem. Still unable to install the program as it states a previous version is still present. Nothing left on my PC relates to any previous version of FX Sound! ---

Online tech support does not work telepathically, so-to-speak. We cannot look into your machine to locate the exact cause of this particular issue on your behalf. You can find a summary of alternative audio enhancers at the end of the standard troubleshooting list. ---
