# Presets not loading

After turning on the computer, the presets are not loaded, they simply do not exist. If you install bonus presets, then they remain, and the preset ones still disappear. In order for them to reappear and to be able to select a preset, you must manually restart FXSound. Has anyone dealt with this issue and how? Worth windows 10/64

Hi Vitael,
Welcome to the forum.
Perhaps you can try this reasonably simple trick, suggested by FxSound’s lead audio engineer:

Let me know if it works.
If not, we’ll look into other options.
