Sorry about this. Does it happen with other sound devices?

I tried using every preset and the Gaming preset works so I found out it’s the surround sound with the option turned down to 0 and the the stereo works. i’m no audiophile but will I lose any clarity or quality of sound if I use volume boost preset with 0 surround sound setting?

That’s odd… but no you won’t lose clarity or quality with volume boost preset set to 0 surround sound.

If I crank up the surround sound to even just 1 the speaker turns mono. I’ll just use the presets with 0 surround sound.
