# My fx sound doesn't appear anywhere

I did all the steps, it doesn’t appear as a driver or as disabled, I uninstall it and install it still doesn’t appear

Could you please also check the two folders described [here](https://forum.fxsound.com/t/cannot-completely-uninstall-fxsound/2905/5)?

Also: have you checked the Programs section of your Control Panel, and did you get any error pop-ups after running the installer?

I completely uninstalled it and it really worked, both the driver using the driver store explorer and doing this method, thank you very much
