Which devices do you see:

- in Windows Sound Settings; and

- under Sound, video and game controllers in Device Manager?

Did you check Windows Sound for hidden, silent or disabled devices?

Did you check the Volume Mixer?

> Hi Andrey, For similar issues on volume dropping, we had given a suggestion to check the volume set in volume mixer and in some cases it worked because the volume was set to low in the system settings or for a specific application in the volume mixer. Can you go to the advance options in System → Sound and check if the volume is set correctly for the device and volume mixer for system sound and the apps.
