# It keeps changing from my desktop speakers (and headphones) to the digital option

When my windows 10 pc sits for a few hours before I use the speakers (connected to the computer’s sound card), my FXSound equalizer reverts to the digital option. Then, I have to go to the equalizer and re-direct it to the speakers option. Why can’t I just set the speakers as a default, so I don’t have to do this multiple times every day? I’ve tried uninstalling the program and re-installing it, but it does not give me the option to set it at my preferred option, the speakers. Is there a way to fix this?
